Overview of LINX
LINX is a leadership network that provides space for leadership educators to collaborate on programs, share ideas and resources, find out about jobs and leadership events for professionals and students, and discuss leadership education issues. The following are the features and resources available for members of LINX:
Discussions
Members can create and participate in online discussions about leadership topics and issues. They can post news feeds on leadership topics of interest, create discussions, or create or respond to a poll on a leadership issue.
Events/Calendar
Events on the Calendar are those events that are open to a wide array of individuals and not just campus specific events. They are categorized as events for students, events for leadership educators, or events for students and leadership educators. Members can view and submit events for the LINX calendar.
Program Collaboration
LINX provides space for leadership educators to work together on initiatives that transcend campus boundaries. For ideas on what to collaborate on, click here.
Resources
This space is available for members to view and share resources with each other such as course syllabi, program outlines, curriculum, and readings.
Jobs
Members can upload job descriptions to the site and view job postings for free.
Web Links
Each member will have their own homepage with links to leadership websites. Members can add additional websites of interest for the community to be able to view.
Messaging
The messaging system allows members to message other LINX members.
