Director of Blue Chip: Tina Neil

Tina Neil was born and raised in Rhode Island. Her passions are for leadership, social justice, and outdoor education. She has earned two degrees from the University of Rhode Island, a B.S. in Accounting (2001) and an M.S. in College Student Personnel (2008). She has been working in leadership development for the past 6 years in Rhode Island, Massachuttes, Connecticut, and California. During this time, she taught classes on emerging and peer leadership, managed a high and low ropes challenge course, lead wilderness trips, and advised students.  She started her career in leadership with a year-long commitment to the Jesuit Volunteer Corps.  n the tradition of the Jesuit Volunteers, she was "Ruined for Life" (the motto) through her transition from an accountant to a students leadership developer. In the past 18 months, she has been in New Orleans and Mississippi to aid in the Katrina Relief Effort bringing with her 19 students. These trips have been a result of her passion for social justice and the hospitality she received from the people of New Orleans. In her free time, she spends time hiking, kayaking, and traveling around the country. Tina is the Eco Theme Coordinator and provides oversight to the Blue Chip Program.

Graduate Assistant for Blue Chip: Dani Barker

Danielle is originally from Racine, Wisconsin. She went to the University of Wisconsin-Madison for her undergraduate career and worked as a House Fellow (RA) at Madison for three years and loves working with students. The most important people in the world to Dani are her family members: Chris (Dad), Kathy (Mom), and Allison & Christopher (brother and sister who are twins). Both of her siblings play college sports and when she has spare time, she loves watching them play! One of Dani's other loves is music. She plays a few different instruments, but piano is her favorite. She also loves musicals, some of her favorites are Wicked, Mamma Mia, Phantom of the Opera, and Rent. She is very excited to be a Wildcat! Dani is the Arts Theme Coordinator and oversees Phase III of Blue Chip.

Director of ATLAS and NCLC: Tom Murray

Tom has been at the UofA for over two years and is very excited to now be a part of Leadership programs! After receiving his MA in Counseling Psychology, he immediately entered Student Affairs to work with the coolest people in the world--college students. He spent three years working for a TRIO Student Support Services program in his home town of Chicago before moving to Tucson for the beautiful "winters" and awesome mountains. In his spare time, he loves to go camping and hiking and he finds nothing better than a good old road trip. His favorite musical act is the Indigo Girls, but nothing compares to 80's music! Tom is the Service Theme Coordinator and coordinates ATLAS and the National Collegiate Leadership Conference.

Director of Curricular Leadership: Dr. Corey Seemiller

Corey has been at the UofA for over 7 years and has worked with Blue Chip during that time. She loves leadership programs and getting to know students through her classes and programs. Corey received her Bachelor's degree from ASU, her Master's degree from NAU, and her PhD from the UofA. She prides herself on being a true Arizonan! Corey loves Tucson and finds time to do a lot of hiking, camping, and playing softball. She loves to travel and engage in new adventures! In addition to Leadership Programs, Corey has a background in Residence Life, Academic Advising, and Career Services. She particularly enjoys teaching and currently teaches part-time at Pima Community College. Corey is the Global Theme Coordinator and oversees Leadership Courses for Credit, Equiss, and other administrative functions.
