Level I

Level I certificates allow participants to get exposed to a variety of leadership concepts within a theme of their choosing. Level I certificates require attendance at five workshops and the completion of a 2-page reflection paper. Once all workshops are completed and the reflection submitted, the certificate is awarded and the participant is then eligible to work towards the Level II certificate in that theme. Each Level I certificate costs $10.

Level II

Level II certificates build upon the foundation of their corresponding Level I certificate and allow participants to work towards a greater understanding of the theme through additional workshops, hands-on learning activities, and the development of a leadership portfolio. Level II certificates require completion of the corresponding Level I certificate, two additional workshops, two experiential learning activities, community service, and a leadership portfolio. Each Level II certificate costs $10.
